How matching works

The discover feed isn't random. Every card you see has already passed your hard filters, your deal breakers, and a layer of compatibility scoring.

What we use

• Hard filters — age range, location radius, religious framework, marital status preferences. Nothing outside these ever appears.
• Deal breakers — anything you've marked as non-negotiable in your values.
• Compatibility scoring — how closely your values, religious level, and intention align.
• Activity signals — recently active profiles are surfaced ahead of dormant ones.

What we don't use

• Your photos are never used to rank others.
• We don't sell or share matching signals with third parties.
• Paid tiers don't get hidden access to profiles outside your filters.

Why someone you "should" see isn't showing

• They've already passed on your profile (a temporary cooldown applies).
• One of your deal breakers conflicts with their profile.
• They're outside your selected location or age range.
• They've paused their profile.
