Billing & cancellation

Payment

• Plans are billed monthly or annually depending on what you pick.
• We accept cryptocurrency payments through a secure third-party processor.
• One-off purchases (boost packs, Super Like packs) are charged once and never auto-renew.

Renewals

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You'll get an email a few days before each renewal.

Cancelling

1. Open Settings → Membership.
2. Tap Cancel subscription.
3. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — no immediate loss of access.

Refunds

• Subscription refunds are evaluated case-by-case; contact support within 7 days of a charge to request one.
• One-off pack purchases are non-refundable once used.
• If you spot a charge you don't recognise, contact support immediately and we'll investigate.
