Privacy controls

You're in control of how visible you are and how often we contact you.

Visibility

• Pause profile — hide your profile from the feed without deleting it. Resume anytime.
• Visible photos — toggle which photos are shown before a match is accepted.
• Block list — manage who can never see you again.

Notifications

Under Settings → Notifications you can:

• Enable or disable push notifications
• Enable or disable email notifications
• Set quiet hours (no pushes during a window you choose)
• Choose instant, digest, or off for non-urgent activity

Your data

• Download a copy of everything we hold about you — request from Settings → Data.
• Delete your account — schedules a deletion that you can cancel for 14 days.
• Once deletion completes, your profile, messages, photos, and verification data are removed permanently.
